SHIPPING POLICY

We want your Flick N Sip gear in your hands ASAP. Orders placed after 2pm AEST on a business day will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the following business day.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on Australian orders of $75 and over. Orders under $75 have a flat $10 shipping fee (incl. GST).

Delivery times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days in metro areas and 5–10 business days in regional and remote areas. These are estimates only. Courier delays can happen, especially in peak periods.

Tracking
We ship with Australia's leading couriers, and every parcel is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Authority to leave
Parcels don't require a signature by default and may be left at your delivery address. Once tracking shows your parcel as delivered, we're not responsible for loss, theft or damage (like rain or heat) that happens after that point. If you'd rather sign for your order, let us know in the order notes.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you entered. Re-delivery costs may apply.
